With 50 years of footwear heritage behind them, Kickers are a company that needs no introduction. Being asked to design for a brand that made the shoes you wore for school many years ago was a real treat. As to be expected, Kickers had a very strict and rigid brand bible which up until now hadn’t really been applied to digital work such as a fully responsive eCommerce store. It was decided we should try to marry the digital elements with the layouts of printed collateral already in circulation.

Thanks to plenty of fun photography and strong brand imagery, the designs came together really nicely. It was also a great chance to push the limits of the platform to make certain parts of the website behave differently to the norm. Even though the site has since been updated to a new look, we still think the original designs were highly successful.
