There’s nothing in some design rule book which states that recruitment ads have to be boring. In fact, recruitment ads should never be boring!

That’s why we took a different approach with these. It was clear that previous recruitment drives were falling short and failing to engage with prospective employees. So by ‘tapping’ into the developer vernacular and utilising a language which we knew they would understand, we spoke directly to the candidates we were trying to attract. Not only was the campaign effective in addressing developers and coders, but it also filtered out those who didn’t get it.

All design work was carried out while under the employment of Visualsoft Ltd in 2019, and as such all intellectual property rights remain owned by Visualsoft Ltd.
